Refund Policy

Please note, I do not provide refunds on custom sewn items (jelly or leather). Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions about what size to order or anything else, I'm happy to help. A lot of times you can send me a pic and I can let you know right away if you've got the right size!

I do not provide replacements or refunds for orders if you provide an old address (even if there's a forwarding order in place with the post office). I do not provide refunds or replacements if you have me ship your order to an incomplete or incorrect address. 

Beginning May 1, 2019 - Refunds processed through PayPal will be less the PayPal fee. PayPal will no longer refund their fees for returns, so I will not refund that money to you.

Under no circumstances will I replace or refund for items that were damaged by the customer when opening the package. Please take care when opening your goodies!

All international shipments are insured. My insurer requires we wait 40 days after the item is shipped to make a claim. Get in touch if your shipment is lost and we'll get the process rolling. If you use a forwarding company to get your mail outside the US, I do not provide refunds/replacements if the forwarding company loses your items.

Shipping Policies 

All items are shipped tracked with the USPS.

Typical turnaround times before shipment are 1-2 weeks as every item is handmade after you order. During any vacations, and during Christmas/New Years, shipping times increase to 2-3 weeks to allow me to spend time with family. If shipping times are changing because of holidays or vacation, I typically send out emails/text messages and speak about the change frequently on social media so you can plan accordingly.
