All items are custom made. Get in touch if you have any concerns about your order by emailing me at email@example.com.
Refunds status is determined on a case by case basis. If you wish to return a Custom Made Leather Item, you will not be refunded for the cost of shipping the item to you, and the cost of return shipping will be taken from your refund.
In addition, a 35% re-stocking fee will be charged to defray the cost of materials.
Beginning May 1, 2019 - Refunds processed through PayPal will be less the PayPal fee. PayPal will no longer refund their fees for returns, so I will not refund that money to you.
Under no circumstances will I replace or refund for items that were damaged by the customer when opening the package. Please take care when opening your goodies!
I will not refund shipping for lost international shipments. That money is given to the post office upon shipping. I make absolutely no guarantee that the item will arrive unless you choose to ship tracked priority mail international.
Processing times are currently THREE WEEKS for made to order items.
